This stunning piece is named after one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. The Caravan is to be found in Isfahan, in central Iran. Surrounded by beautiful gardens the hotel is decorated with the most magnificent artwork in glass, silk, and gold. Rachel Bishop has taken the image of nightingales in their jewelled cages as the starting point for her design.
